STREAT FOOD RX

Some of my most recent work involved a brand new local food truck by the name StrEAT Food RX. The ladies of this new company kick started their venture on Marathon Monday in March of 2018 and asked me to join them on the trailer as business picked up in the summer months. Since then, we have collaborated on new and innovative ways to connect and attract their target audience.

Their passion for this company goes far beyond the dream of being entrepreneurs. These ladies had health goals in mind and informed me of their desire to achieve a broader message to their market in the making of their content creation. Aside from gaining a following and notifying their #StrEATPeeps of where they would be on any given day of the week, they wanted to inform their customers of healthy food choices, organic products, dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options. The events they set up for are undeniably delicious; and though we all may feel guilty snacking on the goods at a food truck festival, their options are healthy! The benefits of their build-it-yourself menu concept and choices have helped those with dietary restrictions and food sensitivities still be able to enjoy a food truck meal amongst all the other grease and fatty foods normally offered at typical festivals.

Through the use of social media, instagram and facebook, posts and stories, these ladies have connected to their #StrEATPeeps on a more personal level sharing a love and passion for good food and good times.
